TO start a new RealLife House Church:
  1. Serve for a minimum of 1 year in a leadership capacity in a RealLife Church
  2. Take ALL train track courses

    • First Impressions
    • Sound Engineering
    • Evangelism
    • Marketing & Media
    • Children’s & Nursery
    • Youth
    • Small Groups
    • Alter & Ordinances
    • Follow-up
    • Church Planting
  3. Receive training in all set-up/tear-down processes
  4. Receive RealLife Certified credential
  5. Fill out a church planting application
  6. Meet one-on-one with Church Planting (Hub) leadership to discuss vision, location, timeline, calling, etc..
  7. Raise funding support of $5k from outside sources
  8. Raise a team of at least 10 launch team members including ½ outside sending church
  9. Work through One Year Milestones Plan
  10. finance training
  11. Create a ReachPlanet Group for the new launch
TO pastor a RealLife Hub Church (Regional Pastor):
  1. Start and run a house church pastor for at least one year, attending all required meetings
  2. Demonstrate the ability to start and teach the RealLife Discipleship program (Life Track, Train Track, Transformed Life, Boot Camp Academy)
  3. Successfully manage the church fiscally with timely reporting in ReachPlanet.
  4. Receive RealLife licensed credential
  5. Proven track record in church growth through events, evangelism, and team development
  6. Must demonstrate a consistent lifestyle of hearing God and acting / faith in practice.
  7. Must demonstrate a commitment to excellence in ministry
  8. Must demonstrate stewardship, accountability, integrity in financial management
  9. Must demonstrate a commitment to multiplication; starting new LifeGroups; ready to launch house churches.
  10. Meet one-on-one with Church Planting leadership to discuss vision, location, timeline, calling, etc..
  11. Raise funding support of $15k from outside sources / Matched RLIB or Have minimum of one-year operations in the bank
  12. Raise a team of at least 20 launch team members with proven reliability to execute ministry
  13. Work through One Year Milestones Plan
  14. Work with RealLife Network for domain name, website and social media set up
  15. Additional training and Work for legal formation and bank accounts
  16. Establishment of marketing plans, equipment procurement
  17. First level required to sit on the RealLife Network Board of Trustees
